RETURN POLICY

At ODA to da Moon, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be shipped back within 30 days of your return request approval.

• Final sale items, intimates, and personalized products are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

1. Submit a Return Request:

Email us at info@odatodamoon.com with your order number and the reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Approval Confirmation:

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your items back to us.

3. Ship the Item Back:

Use a tracked shipping method to return your items within 30 days of approval. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

• Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive the return for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@odatodamoon.com with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it at no additional cost to you.

Important Notes

• ODA to da Moon is not responsible for return shipping costs or lost return packages. Please use a tracked and insured shipping method for your return.

• Any returns shipped back without approval will not be processed.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes and VAT 

Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling charges, including shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT.

If you'd like to return an order for which the customs duties and handling fees haven't been cleared, keep in mind that we will have to deduct them from your refund amount.

Sale items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. By choosing final sale items, you're also helping us reduce our carbon footprint by minimizing unnecessary shipping.
